Reporting a problem with a tool
If a tool did not work as expected, these details help us find the cause quickly:
- which tool you were using — its name or the page address;
- the type and approximate size of the file, for example "a 6 MB HEIC photo from an iPhone";
- the browser and device you were using;
- any message the page showed.
There is no need to send the image itself — a description of the file is almost always enough.
